Browsing the site was easy overall. Nice. I did run into a couple of small issues here and there, but nothing that really got in the way. Smooth.

My frame got here quick, faster than I was expecting. I don’t remember the exact timing, but turnaround felt good overall. Only thing was one of the email updates seemed to take a while, but it wasn’t a huge deal.

I ordered a frame from laframe.com after a friend recommended checking them out, but the packaging was disappointing. It came in this thin box with barely any padding, and by the time it arrived, the corners were already banged up from shipping.

For something that can crack or scratch so easily, I really expected them to pack it a lot better. I reached out to customer service too, but they weren’t very helpful. I wouldn’t order from them again unless they seriously improve how they ship their frames.

The selection was pathetic. I went in hoping to find the frames I wanted, but there was barely anything worth looking at. Total waste of time

I really wanted to like this frame, but apparently that was a bit optimistic. It felt flimsy right out of the box, the corners didn’t line up properly, and once I put it on the wall, it somehow made the whole area look cheaper. So, yeah, not my favorite purchase.

I reached out to laframe.com a couple times about my order i just got nowhere. My first email went unanswered, then I tried the chat and they basically said someone would get back to me, but then, nothing.

I waited a few days, kept checking, and still had to chase them again myself. Maybe their products are decent, I don’t know, but the customer support was really frustrating. I won’t be ordering from them again.

The matting looked fine overall, but umm, the glazing could’ve been better. There was some glare that made it a little harder to see clearly.

Shipping was quick overall — I think it showed up in around 3 or 4 days. The timing wasn’t totally perfect for me, but it still got here sooner than I expected.

I had to return a frame because the sizing wasn’t quite right. It took a couple of emails to get everything sorted, which was a little annoying, but support did eventually take care of it and the refund came through. I wouldn’t say it was the fastest process, but they were fair about it and fixed the issue in the end

I ordered the custom size and it was mostly right, but it felt a little tight in one spot. Overall it wasn’t bad, I just kind of expected the fit to be a bit better since it was custom... still wearable though

I don’t know, maybe I’m being picky, but it just felt too pricey for what it was. I expected a bit more for the cost, and I kept wondering if I was missing something that made it worth the price.

I’ve bought a few frames like this before, and this one looked fine overall. The color was close to what I expected, but the finish was a bit shinier than I’m used to. Not a dealbreaker, just not quite the look I had in mind.

Well... my order from La Tourette Gallery actually arrived faster than I thought it would, and everything was packed really nicely. No dents, no broken corners, and nothing was missing. Even the box looked good when it showed up. Overall, I’m happy with how it arrived and I’d definitely order again.
